last year during CMJ me & ayomari ended up going to the roots studio while they were mixing undun….we played ASFP for their manager just to press play, no reaction…he kinda brushed us off like, “yeah, whatever.”
then we ended up connecting with talib kweli at his hotel and we pressed play on…
ASFP was one of the best albums of 2011.
And no one listens to talib anyway.. that nigga dirt lol. i wouldn’t trip either.
